A few weekends ago I was hanging out with Alex and Heather and snapped a few pics while we were doing so.
At first we were having a bite to eat at Arizmendi Bakery and like every 2 mins somebody would stop and go gaga over Milo . . .
If you look closely, you'll notice that some of those that stopped were bigger fans of dogs than others, as was indicated by the little dog print on their underwear:
Anyway, good times at Arizmendi
and then we hung out over at the park for a little while.
There was a little girl selling really bad-tasting lemonade who also wanted to see Milo, but unfortunately she threatened to drop him several times so he had to be taken away from her.
Is that not the saddest little plea for help you've ever seen? . . . from a spoiled urban dog anyway.
Back at home I witnessed Milo taking a bath and just couldn't believe it. He goes straight to the door and can't wait to jump in the tub. My dogs hide in the farthest corner under the bed when they hear the water running. Maybe they just need a rubber duckie like Milo has.
And then there was the perfect ending to a day hanging out in the city-- dinner by the Becksteads. They made Vegetarian Lasagna and Strawberry Shortcake!
